Insomnia N thinking about the new week!

As I look back, less than a year ago. I was on my journey to be healthier and lose weight but I was feeling lost, bit confused with so many diets and magic formulas on how lose weight fast and in the work out area, I was trying different things, from bikram yoga ( which I love love practicing) To doing weight training, but still doing it here and there, not consistency on it, or even a guide to follow.

I was yoyoing, losing some pounds some weeks and then gaining back shortly after. Then an amazing women connect with me through Instagram and open up the possibility to join a fitness support network, and I decided to join in.

At the beginning of course I was amazed ( I’m still) and was trying to absorb all the important information I was given in terms of nutrition and fitness, I never thought these people were become my closest friends, considering the fact they love away from me. It’s just crazy how technology can be use in such a positive way that connect us to be a motivation to each other to reach our goals, it’s amazing how my priorities has change In a year.

It’s crazy that I did one round of #p90x3, I’m currently doing 2 more work out programs.
Eating healthier, losing fat % and be able to share the little knowledge I have from my own experience in this amazing journey.

I want to be able to pay forward and help others as I did and still do.

Ha, how much I miss my barbell 😁 gotta find the time to do both programs I was doing, put les mills pump on pause for 3 weeks and oh boy, the first day back, I was shaking so much, it’s a mix of hating but loving the soreness, crazy! It seems like it was leg and booty day cause both programs make my legs shake so much!!! Anyhow les mills pump focus on lighter weight training but maximizes the repetitions to give the rep effect! Planning to order another set of plates ( heavier weights) cause the ones I have are no longer as challenging when I’m squatting! Woohoo! 👏👏 I used to be intimidated to go the weight room at my gym cause it was mostly full of guys lifting heavy and I didn’t have a clue of what to go or the form, reps and all of that, now I’m doing it from home, checking form with cameras and mirrors and enjoying every second of it. 🍴🍴 Lunch Time 🍴🍴 Zucchini Noodles with tomato sauce + hummus + vanilla chia seeds pudding ( dessert) ✨✨ PiYo decomposition ✨✨
👉 2 servings of Prim. Vegetables

If you need a healthier, grain-free alternative to standard pasta, you can use zucchini noodles. These noodles are simple to make. 
For a single portion:
- 2 zucchinis
- garlic -coconut oil

Procedure: - Keep the zucchini peel on also has health benefits. Primarily, the peel offers extra fiber, and dietary fiber can help regulate your digestive system.
-Slice off one end of the zucchini so that you have a flat surface to place on your counter. Use a vegetable peeler to peel off the dark green skin, revealing the light green flesh beneath it.
- Pass the peeler or mandolin over the side of the zucchini lengthwise to produce long, flat noodles. When you approach the seeds, turn the zucchini and begin slicing another side. The seeds will prevent the noodles from holding together, so you do not want to use the part with seeds in it.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet. Add about 1 Tbsp of coconut  oil or your preferred cooking oil to a large skillet and heat on medium-high until smoother and glossier.
-Carefully turn and rotate the pan to coat the entire bottom with the hot oil. When the oil is hot enough, you should be able to spread it in this manner with ease.

By party, I mean working out! ;) better than drinking and doing stupid this at the clubs. It feels good to do weight training again, I had miss my barbell and my weight training in the last 2 weeks, this business can only allow me to focus on piyo but I’m determinated to do both work outs at the same time, so back to weight training and PUMPED about it 😁 45 minutes of training, 425 calories burned, 35 minutes of fat burning 🔥 and 10 minutes of fitness! Not bad at all! This girl 🙋 is SORE!
