Insomnia N thinking about the new week!
As I look back, less than a year ago. I was on my journey to be healthier and lose weight but I was feeling lost, bit confused with so many diets and magic formulas on how lose weight fast and in the work out area, I was trying different things, from bikram yoga ( which I love love practicing) To doing weight training, but still doing it here and there, not consistency on it, or even a guide to follow.
I was yoyoing, losing some pounds some weeks and then gaining back shortly after. Then an amazing women connect with me through Instagram and open up the possibility to join a fitness support network, and I decided to join in.
At the beginning of course I was amazed ( I’m still) and was trying to absorb all the important information I was given in terms of nutrition and fitness, I never thought these people were become my closest friends, considering the fact they love away from me. It’s just crazy how technology can be use in such a positive way that connect us to be a motivation to each other to reach our goals, it’s amazing how my priorities has change In a year.
It’s crazy that I did one round of #p90x3, I’m currently doing 2 more work out programs.
Eating healthier, losing fat % and be able to share the little knowledge I have from my own experience in this amazing journey.
I want to be able to pay forward and help others as I did and still do.
